    These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SWOT video conferencing platform and related services ("Platform") provided by SWOTZONE INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED ("SWOT India", "we", "us", or "our"). By registering, accessing, or using the Platform within India, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the Platform.

    1. Eligibility and Account

    • - You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
    • - If you register on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind it to these Terms.
    • - You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
    • - You are solely responsible for all activities under your account and must maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

    2. Services Provided

    SWOT India provides access to video conferencing, real-time document collaboration, digital whiteboarding, scheduling, and a secure payment portal. These services are designed to support freelancers, consultants, tutors, and small to medium-sized business users operating in India.

    3. Payment Processing

    • - Payments in India are processed exclusively through Razorpay.
    • - You agree to Razorpay’s terms and conditions and privacy policy when utilizing its services.
    • - Clients are not required to register to make a payment. Payment is processed upon meeting initiation.
    • - All transactions must comply with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) regulations and applicable laws under the Information Technology Act, 2000.

    4. User Conduct

    You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

    • - Use the Platform for any fraudulent or illegal activity.
    • - Violate the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.
    • - Interfere with or disrupt the security or functionality of the Platform.
    • - Transmit harmful or malicious content.

    5. Privacy and Data Security

    • - SWOT India complies with India’s Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011.
    • - Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
    • - Razorpay handles payment data and complies with PCI DSS standards.
    • - We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to safeguard your data.

    6. Intellectual Property

    All content, branding, software, and services provided through the Platform are the property of SWOT India or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Users retain rights to their own content but grant SWOT India a limited license to process and display it as necessary to deliver services.

    7. Termination and Suspension

    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account:

    • - If you violate these Terms.
    • - For non-payment or misuse of the Platform. Upon termination, you may lose access to your account and data. Data may be retained or deleted in accordance with applicable Indian law.

    8. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law:

    • - SWOT India shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
    • - Our total liability will not exceed the fees paid by you to use the Platform in the six months preceding the claim.

    9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

    • - These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
    • - Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
    • - We encourage resolving disputes amicably. Contact us at support@swotzone.in before initiating legal proceedings.

    10. Updates and Communication

    • - We may modify these Terms at any time.
    • - Updates will be communicated via email or posted on the Platform.
    • - Continued use of the Platform signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.
